lancaster.gay is not a crisis support service. If, however, you are in crisis and need immediate support for your mental health and/or feel that you are unable to keep yourself safe you can contact the following crisis support services.

If you feel that you cannot keep yourself safe, please dial 999 and ask the operator for an ambulance, or go to your nearest A&E department.
